Can I edit/cancel an order after placing it?
No. To ensure quickest delivery, your order is processed as soon as you place it, so you cannot edit or cancel an order after confirming it.
How to check the status of my order?
Open Pumpkin Kart mobile app and click the ‘ORDERS’ button at the bottom. You can see the status of your current order and the history of your previous orders there.
Can I exchange/return the grocery purchased?
No, unfortunately we do not have this option available currently.
Is there a minimum amount that I have to spend to place an order?
Yes, $10 for food orders and $15 for grocery orders. This amount is exclusive of tax and promo codes.
Can I add special delivery instructions to my order?
Yes, you can enter it while on the checkout page.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes, you can choose Take Away option while at checkout page while placing an order and track you order to know when it is ready.
